Gymnastics Zone home to new Level 5 state champions

“Champions are made when no one is watching” – that’s the banner that hangs prominently on the wall in the team training area at the Gymnastics Zone facility.  It’s the philosophy of Head Coach, Bogi Michovsky and Assistant Coach, Mimi Michovska and it seems as though that motivational phrase has paid off for their Level 5 compulsory team gymnasts this past weekend at NorCal State Championships.  Not only did each and every one of the six level 5 gymnasts compete admirably, but the majority of them came home with a state title to their name….. They came home Champions.
