IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE FLIPPING ABOVE THE VALLEY INVITATIONAL MEET THIS WEEKEND

I’m sure by now you have heard of the devastating #2017napafirecomplex spreading throughout the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

Our gym is safe, and while many of our families have been displaced, we are safe for now.

The winds are expected to pick up again this afternoon making fire conditions that much worse and we are all on High-alert to the fact that we could be asked to evacuate at any minute.

After much discussion and deliberation, we have decided to CANCEL THE FLIPPING ABOVE THE VALLEY INVITATIONAL scheduled for Saturday, October 14th.

Most of the fires are at 0% containment, many of the highways into and out of the valley closed, and the air quality at such a severe level that we have all been advised to wear smoke masks. Because of this situation, we do not want to put any of our competitors or their guests in harms way, and thus, have decided to cancel the meet.

Coaches from all participating teams have been notified and offered space in the 2018 Napa Valley Invitational February 24 & 25. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you understand the reasoning behind this hardmade decision.
